Explain to the interviewee -
This will be unlike a usual interview because we’ll know we’re being successful when we get to the place where you can’t answer the questions. We’re trying to uncover your tacit knowledge, your reasoning that isn’t readily available to you. When you begin to hesitate to answer, we will probe where that happens, and we take it as a good sign.
